This COMMON STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of the th day of March, 2010 between Sino Green Land Corporation, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Nevada (“SGLA” or the “Company”) and the investors whose names are set forth on Schedule A attached hereto (the “Investors”).
