This Stock Purchase Agreement, dated as of the 12th day of April 2012 (this “Agreement”), by and among TRIG Acquisition 1, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), Trilogy Capital Partners, Inc., a corporation (“Trilogy”) and Robert Lee, an individual (“Lee”, together with Trilogy, the “Purchasers” and each a “Purchaser”). The Company and the Purchasers are individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively, as the “Parties.”
