This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is made effective as of the 2nd day of July, 2012, (the “Effective Date”) by and between Bioneutral Group, Inc., a Nevada corporation, with an address at 55 Madison Avenue, Suite 400, Morristown, New Jersey, 07960 (the “Company”) and Mr. Mark Lowenthal, an individual with an address at 311 Walnut Street, Englewood, New Jersey 07631 (the “Executive”).
