EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT made as of this 21st day of February 2012 to 1st of January 2014 by and between Counseling International, Inc., a Nevada corporation, having an office at 2333 Boone Avenue, Venice , CA 90291 (hereinafter referred to as "Employer") and Layla Stone, an individual residing at 2333 Boone Avenue, CA 90291 (hereinafter referred to as "Employee").
