STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT, dated as of August 21, 2012 (this “Agreement”), by and among T & G Apothecary Inc., (the “Company”), Carolynee Johnson (the “Seller”) and Lilia Roberts (the “Purchaser”). Each of the Company, the Seller and the Purchaser are referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively, as the “Parties”.
