GUILLERMO DURAN, individual residing in the city of Barranquilla, Colombia, identified with the national ID number 91.221.539 issued in Bucaramanga, Colombia, and having an office at Cra. 52 76-167 L-316 Alto Prado, Barranquilla, Atlántico, Colombia (“Inventor”). Inventor, Seller and Purchaser are each sometimes hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
