PGG, Diodati, Rhumline, Intrawest and C&N Cuffe are each referred to herein as the “Seller” and collectively as the “Sellers”. Each of the Company, the Seller, and the Purchaser, are referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively, as the “Parties”.
