This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is entered into as of this 28th day of August, 2013 (the “Effective Date”), by and between ioWorldMedia, Incorporated, a Florida corporation (the “Company”), and Zachary McAdoo (the “Executive”).
