This SECURITIES PURCHASE OPTION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 6th day of June, 2014, by and among Nick Boosalis, a resident of the state of Minnesota (“Boosalis”), Desfaire, Inc., a Minnesota corporation (“Desfaire”), The Boosalis Group, Inc., a Minnesota corporation (“The Boosalis Group”, together with Boosalis and Desfaire, each a “Seller” and collectively, the “Sellers”) and Evolutionary Genomics Inc.
