THIS EXECUTIVE AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into this 30th day of March, 2015 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Lilis Energy, Inc. (the “Company”), and Abraham Mirman (“Executive”). Executive and the Company are referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
