This Separation Agreement and Release (“Agreement”) is made as of May 5, 2016, by and between David Harrell (“Employee”) and OptimizeRx Corp., a Nevada corporation, and its wholly-owned subsidiary, OptimizeRx Corp., a Michigan corporation (collectively referred to herein as, the “Company”).
