THIS LOCK-UP AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of [●], 2017 by and between (i) Atlantic Alliance Partnership Corp., a British Virgin Islands business company with limited liability, (including any successor entity thereto, the “Company”) and (ii) the undersigned (“Holder”).
