This AMENDED AND RESTATED EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) entered into as of August 15, 2017, by and between MERIDIAN WASTE SOLUTIONS, INC., a New York corporation, with offices at One Glenlake Parkway NE, Atlanta, GA 30328 (hereinafter called the “Company”), and Walter H.
