THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED LOAN AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (this “Loan Agreement”) is made and entered into as of September 27, 2017, among GWG DLP Funding IV, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Borrower”), the financial institutions party hereto as Lenders (the “Lenders”), and CLMG Corp., a Texas corporation, as the administrative agent for the Lenders (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”).
