This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of the 19th day of December 19th, 2017 (the “Agreement”), by and between CHINA GREEN AGRICULTURE, INC., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), having its principal place of business at 3rd Floor, Borough A, Block A. No.181, South Taibai Road, Xi’an, Shaanxi Province, People’s Republic of China 710065, and Yongcheng Yang (the “Executive”), (collectively the “Parties”).
