6, 2018, by and among InterCloud Systems, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Seller” ); ADEX Corp., ADEX Puerto Rico, LLC and ADEXCOMM (collectively referred to as the “Company”), and Spectrum Global Solutions, Inc., a British Columbia corporation (“Buyer”).
