Tins Amendment To Judgment Settlement Agreement (this “Amendment”) is entered into as of February 16, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), by and between John M. Fife, an individual (“Lender”), and MPhase Technologies, Inc., a New Jersey corporation (“Borrower”).
