This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of February 27, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), by and between SOLITRON DEVICES, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and MARK MATSON (the “Executive”). Company and Executive are sometimes individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
