THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made on April 24, 2018 (“Effective Date”) between China Teletech Holding, Inc., having its registered office at Bao’an District, Guanlan Area, Xintian, Jun’xin Industrial Zone Building No. 9, 10, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) and DONGSHENG LIAN (hereinafter referred to as “Employee”).
