This Separation Agreement and General Release of Claims (hereinafter “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Charlie Smith (hereinafter “Employee”) on the one hand and Purple Innovation, Inc. and its subsidiaries, predecessors, and affiliates (hereinafter the “Company”) on the other hand. Employee and the Company will collectively be referred to as the “Parties.”
