This Master Agreement (“Agreement”) between Kymeta Corporation, a Delaware corporation with its principle place of business at 12277 134th Court NE, Suite 100, Redmond, Washington 98052, on its own behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates (“Kymeta”), and the entity identified in the signature block below (“Distributor”).
