This AMENDMENT NO. 10 TO CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of September 25, 2018 between FLEXSHOPPER 2, LLC (the “Company”) and WE 2014-1, LLC (the “Administrative Agent” and “Lender”).
