This Assignment and Assumption Agreement with Novation (“Agreement”) dated as of March 15th, 2019 (“Effective Date”), is entered into by and between Steward Technologies Ltd., a private limited company formed in England and Wales, in the United Kingdom, (“Assigning Party”) and Steward Technologies LLC, a New York limited liability company (“Assuming Party”), and Steward Realty Trust, Inc., a Maryland corporation (“Remaining Party”).
