This Subscription Agreement is being delivered to the purchaser identified on the signature page to this Agreement (the “Subscriber”) in connection with its investment in Hash Labs Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”). The Company is conducting a private placement (the “Offering”) for an amount of up to $10,000,000, consisting of shares of the Company’s common stock, par value $0.0001 per share (the “Common Stock”), at a purchase price of $5.00 (the “Purchase Price”) per such share for an aggregate of up to 2,000,000 shares (each a “Share” and collectively, the “Shares”).
