Flagler St., Suite 902, Miami, FL 33130, (the “Company”), Dinar Zuz LLC, a Florida limited liability company with principal offices at 1898 NW 74th Avenue, Pembrook Pines, FL 33024, (the “Subscriber”), and Arik Maimon and Michael De Prado (the “Series B Holders”).
