This SECURITIES PURCHASE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is dated as of August 14, 2019 by and among China Green Agriculture, Inc., a Nevada corporation, (the “Company”), and individuals listed in Exhibit B hereto and each affixes its signature on the signature page of this Agreement (each, a “Purchaser”; collectively, the “Purchasers”).
