THIS STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of August 29, 2019 by and among, Jun Chen (“Purchaser”), Galem Group, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), and Emiliya Galfinger (the “Selling Party”, and the “Executive”). The Purchaser, the Company and the Selling Party are sometimes collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” and individually referred to herein as a “Party.”
