This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is entered into as of _____________ (the “Effective Date”), by and between Huitao Technology Co., Ltd., incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands (the “Company”), and ____________, an individual (the “Executive”).
