STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT, dated as of April 29, 2020 (this “Agreement”), by and among Custodian Ventures, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (the “Principal”), Plentiful Limited, a Samoan company (the “Purchaser”), and Shentang International, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”). Each of Principal, Purchaser and the Company is referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively, as the “Parties.”
