THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED REGISTRATION RIGHTS AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of March 5, 2020, is made and entered into by and among Grid Dynamics Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (f/k/a ChaSerg Technology Acquisition Corp.)
