This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), made and entered into as of August 1st, 2020 with the effective date as of January 1st, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by and between CELSIUS HOLDINGS, INC., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) and JOHN FIELDLY (“Executive”). The Company and Executive are sometimes referred to herein individually, as a “Party” and collectively, as the “Parties.”
