(hereinafter referred to as " the Applicant") will sign one or more Domestic Recourse Factoring Contract with Recourse and its annexes (hereinafter referred to as "the Contract") from January 1, 2020 to January 1, 2022. Party A agrees to provide factoring services for the Applicant.
