This STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of AUGUST 12, 2020, by and among Yuantong Wang, (the “Purchaser”), and Yosef Yafe, an individual with his offices located at 4 Bet Israel, Jerusalem, Israel, the record and beneficial owner of shares of common stock, par value $0.001 per share (the “Common Stock”), of Adaiah Distribution Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) and an executive officer and sole director of the Company (the “Seller”).
