This Amendment to Promissory Notes (this “Amendment”) is entered into as of October 12, 2020, by and between Atlas Sciences, LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“Lender”), and CBAK Energy Technology, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“Borrower”).
