This Share Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of October 26, 2020 (“Effective Date”), by and between Shenzhen Huamucheng Trading Co., Ltd., a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the PRC (the “Buyer”), Shenzhen Qianhai Baiyu Supply Chain Co., Ltd., a PRC limited liability company (the “Company”), and Shenzhen Xinsuniao Technology Co., Ltd., a PRC limited liability company (the “Seller”) Buyer, the Company and the Seller are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
