THIS CANCELLATION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is entered into effective as of November 11, 2020, by and between CBAK Energy Technology, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) and each of the persons listed on the Schedule of Creditors attached hereto as Exhibit A (individually, a “Creditor” and collectively, the “Creditors”).
