This letter affirms the agreement between you (sometimes referred to as “Employee”), on the one hand, and GI Dynamics, Inc. and its subsidiaries (collectively, the “Company”), on the other, regarding the terms of your separation from the Company (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”).
