This COMMON STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of December 3, 2020, is entered into by and between Nesco Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and PE One Source Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Investor”, and together with the Company, the “Parties”).
