This LIMITED GUARANTEE, dated as of December 2, 2020 (this “Limited Guarantee”), by Mr. Li Yuebiao, Ms. Zhang Zhuo and Yancoal International (Holdings) Co., Limited (“Yancoal International”), the “Guarantors”, and each, a “Guarantor”), in favor of NEWATER TECHNOLOGY, INC., a business company with limited liability incorporated under the laws of the British Virgin Islands (the “Guaranteed Party”).
