Position. Your title will be Chief Legal Officer and Head of Business Operations, and you will report to Mikhail Kokorich, the Company’s President. This is a full-time position. While you render services to the Company, you will not engage in any other employment, consulting or other business activity (whether full-time or part-time) that would create a conflict of interest with the Company. By signing this letter agreement, you confirm to the Company that, you have no contractual commitments or other legal obligations that would prohibit you from performing your duties for the Company.

This Non-Competition, Non-Solicitation and Confidentiality Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of the date set forth above, by and between Stable Road Acquisition Corp., a Delaware corporation (“Parent”), and Mikhail Kokorich (the “Restricted Party”) and shall become effective, if at all, as of the Closing. This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) between you (referred to hereinafter as the “Executive”) and Momentus Inc. (the “Company”), a Delaware corporation, sets forth the terms and conditions that shall govern Executive’s employment with the Company (referred to hereinafter as “Employment” or the “Employment Period”) and post-Employment, effective as of immediately after the Closing of the Transactions (as those terms are defined in the Merger Agreement) (the “Effective Date”).
