THIS STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of December 15, 2020 by and among BOQI International Medical Inc., a company organized under the laws of the state of Delaware (“Buyer”), CHAOHU ZHONGSHAN MINIMALLY INVASIVE HOSPITAL, a company organized under the laws of the PRC (the “Company”) and Mr. Yu Xiang, a citizen of the PRC ( “Seller”).
