This REGISTRATION RIGHTS AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of [__], 2021, by and between Nesco Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (including its successors and permitted assigns, the “Company”), and each Investor party to this Agreement from time to time (each an “Investor”, and collectively the “Investors”).
