Recitals This Binding Term Sheet (“Term Sheet”) summarizes the main terms and conditions under which Kamada Ltd., of 2 Holzman St. Science Park, P.O. Box 4801, Rehovot, 7670402, Israel (“KAMADA”) and Kedrion S.p.A, of Castelvecchio Pascoli, Località Ai Conti, 55051 Barga (LU), Italy (“KEDRION”) will enter into a long-term agreement for the co-development, manufacturing, supply and distribution of the Product (as defined below) (Each of KAMADA and KEDRION is referred to hereunder as a “Party” and together the “Parties”).
