This Asset Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated as of February 23, 2021, is entered into between Sichuan RiZhanYun Jisuan Co., Ltd., a company incorporated in the People’s Republic of China (“Seller”), and Code Chain New Continent Limited, a Nevada corporation (“Buyer”).
