This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of March 10, 2021 (the “Effective Date”) by and between CorMedix Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Elizabeth Masson-Hurlburt (“Executive”).
