THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of February 1, 2021, by and between Astra Space, Inc. (the“ Company”) and Chris Kemp (the“Executive”), to be effective as of the Closing Date (the“ Effective Date”), as such term is defined in that certain Business Combination Agreement by and between Holicity Inc., Holicity Merger Sub Inc. and the Company, dated as of the date hereof (the“Business Combination Agreement”). In the event the Closing (as defined in the Business Combination Agreement) does not occur for any reason, this Agreement will be void and of no force or effect.
