THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Protara Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”), and Martin Sebastian Olivo, M.D. (“Executive”) (collectively referred to as the “Parties” or individually referred to as a “Party”), effective as of April 19, 2021 (the “Effective Date”).
