THIS SEPARATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into this 6th day of May, 2021, effective May 14, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by and between VERITAS FARMS, INC., a Nevada corporation (“VFRM” or the “Company”) and MICHAEL D.
