This NONQUALIFIED STOCK OPTION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), made and entered into on the ___ day of 2021, by and between (the “Participant”) and INmune Bio, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), sets forth the terms and conditions of stock options issued to the Participant by the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on June , 2021 (the “Grant Date”) pursuant to the Company’s 2021 Stock Incentive Plan (the “Plan”) and this Agreement, which options have been approved by the Company’s Board of Directors. Any capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning prescribed in Annex A or in the Plan.
