THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of this 28 day of June, 2021 (the "Effective Date"), by and between Aikido Pharma Inc., a Delaware corporation with offices at 1 Rockefeller Plaza, 11th Floor; New York, NY 10010 (the "Corporation"), and Anthony Hayes, an individual residing at 3009 John Vaughan Rd, Williamsburg, VA 23185 (the "Executive"), under the following circumstances:
